transforming, together
As a therapist and social worker for over a decade, I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Many of the individuals and couples I work with feel stuck in familiar patterns, whether that shows up as anxiety, self-criticism, or a growing sense of distance in relationships.
I work with couples who feel caught in recurring dynamics such as miscommunication or emotional disconnection, and want to understand what’s underneath. Together, we slow things down to explore these patterns and create new ways of relating that feel more connected and sustainable.
I also work with individuals navigating anxiety, perfectionism, childhood trauma, and life transitions such as fertility, new relationships or marriage, shifts in identity, and living with chronic pain. Our work focuses on understanding your internal world and shifting patterns that no longer serve you.
My approach is depth-oriented, relational, and collaborative. I aim to create a space that feels thoughtful, nonjudgmental, and grounded in curiosity rather than shame. I am committed to inclusive care and ongoing self-reflection in my work. I bring my authentic self into the room and invite you to do the same, so that over time, greater clarity, compassion, and meaningful change can emerge.
